Recognise your studio in the keep list? Then the suite is paying for itself; back to the culling.
The main catch on a tag, and the verdict under it.
Pays by the year as well as the month, but delivery stays with your gallery service.
A smaller tool to learn, with yearly prices, but galleries go back to a partner.
No shoot counts, just devices, with every feature; still monthly, and no galleries.
No cap on clients or projects, but no galleries and a general workflow to build.
Keeps galleries beside the CRM, and adds the yearly price Sprout lacks.
A yearly price on every plan and room for 10 users, but no galleries.
Try it free for 14 days, then $9 a month or $90 a year. No tiers, no job caps, 20 GB of galleries included.

The timeline for our second shooter used to go out the night before, if one of us remembered. Now it goes out two weeks ahead on its own. Three of us, one runbook, the whole season.
Six steps; the galleries need the most care.
Export while you still pay. Make a list of what stays behind.
Settle where the galleries go. Leave each couple's gallery open until the last photo is downloaded.
Move between seasons. Pick weeks when no wedding is a fortnight away.
Start with the weddings still to come. Keep your own copy of last year's jobs.
Let someone else carry the records. Iris Works and Studio Ninja do it for you, free of charge.
Cancel the suite last. Wait until one live booking has gone through the new tool to a signed contract.

One plan for $9 a month or $90 a year: the season on a single calendar, a dated runbook for every wedding, and each couple's galleries in their portal, with no cap on jobs.
No card required.
It depends on how much of the suite you use. Switch if you pay for a pricier plan only to pass a cap, want a yearly price, or keep your galleries elsewhere. Stay if your galleries, album proofs and email marketing all run through it.
$19 a month for 10 shoots and 50GB, $36 a month for 20 shoots and 100GB, $51 a month for unlimited shoots and 200GB, and $69 a month with no caps. Every plan is billed monthly, with no yearly price, after a 30-day trial.
The suite: galleries, proofing for albums and email marketing, all inside the CRM. Most tools here leave delivery to a separate service. Among the six, Pixieset Studio Manager alone keeps galleries in the same account.
WeddingRunbook is the cheapest paid plan here: $9 a month or $90 a year after a 14-day free trial. Pixieset Studio Manager costs nothing while its free plan's three contracts, three quotes or questionnaires and one session type cover your work, with paid plans from $12 a month billed yearly after that.
A few weeks between two seasons, more if the galleries move too. The galleries take longest, because every couple still downloading needs theirs to stay live.
WeddingRunbook does not do online booking, lead capture forms, automated email sequences or card payments in the portal yet. Sprout Studio builds email marketing in, so if your newsletters book weddings, weigh that before you move.
