1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WeddingRunbook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WeddingRunbook is a wedding workflow management tool designed for photographers. The Service provides tools for managing weddings, tasks, timelines, invoices, quotes, calendar integrations, and automated client communication via email.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Upload malicious content or files
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Gmail integration to send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or to harass individuals
Use automated email features to impersonate another person or organisation

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into WeddingRunbook, including emails sent through any connected Google account. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Calendar and Gmail. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policy. You may disconnect integrations at any time from Settings → Integrations.

Google Calendar

When you connect Google Calendar, you authorise WeddingRunbook to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf. We only act on your explicit instruction and do not read your existing calendar data.

Gmail

When you connect Gmail, you authorise WeddingRunbook to send emails from your Gmail address on your behalf. By enabling this integration you:

Confirm that you have the right to use the connected Gmail account for business communication
Accept responsibility for the content of automated emails sent through your account
Acknowledge that emails sent via this integration will appear to come from your Gmail address
Agree to use the feature in compliance with applicable anti-spam laws (including the EU's ePrivacy Directive and Bulgaria's Electronic Communications Act)

WeddingRunbook's use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail data to serve advertisements, and we do not allow human review of email content except as required by law or to investigate a reported security incident.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. The availability of Google integrations depends on Google's API availability and policies, which are outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeddingRunbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any damages resulting from emails sent or received through the Gmail integration. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including misuse of the Gmail integration. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion. Revoking Google OAuth permissions does not automatically close your WeddingRunbook account.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
